- Health insurance is regulated state by state. An agent must hold a license and carrier appointment in your state of residence to advise on and enroll you in coverage there.
- What if my state is not listed?
- Contact us anyway. We will refer you to a trustworthy independent advisor who is appointed in your state at no cost to you.
- Which state applies if I live in two?
- Generally your primary residence, the address on your tax return. A permanent move can also open a special enrollment period.
- Do plans differ between states?
- Substantially. Carriers, networks, plan designs, and even which product categories are allowed vary by state and often by county.
- Can everything be handled remotely?
